Greetings. Before i start i would like to say that this complaint is Invalid due to the following reasons: Group Rules & Guidlines:- IGC staff reserve the right to deny group feature request.
However If you follow these guidelines there will be no reason to deny request.
- Base must not have more than 50 objects.
However, official group bases have a maximum of 75 objects.
- IGC staff reserve the right to deny group feature request.

- IGC Administration is entitled to deny or remove group bases.
IGC Administration can deny/remove bases if they do not meet the requirements/expectations.
The bases/group rules and clear and understandable for everyone. You have broken the Object limit rule by having 98 Objects placed instead of the limit of 50. Drake has the right to deny your request. Proof of you breaking the rule: The term "Punished" that was used by drake is not an accurat one. In this subject it menns that you are not allowed to apply again for some time. No abuse or Special rules are made here. Everything is clear to all. Feel free to apply for your group base addition after 3 Days starting from today. Complaint closed. @Drake has no charges.Internal Affaires Team.

What I think is that if you keep the rewards low then I don't think that I will need a cooldown since it will be considered a hard mission due to peds being armed with AK-47. But if you increase the payment and add more drugs than feel free to cool it down

Mission Name: Operation dunkirk. Mission Details: Greetings officer, we have some intel on a shipment arriving to Los santos Docks (LS Docks) that's carrying some illegal substances. Our sources have told us that the shipment is ment to be delivered to a local gang called "Los Santos Vagos". You have been tasked to head there and stop that shipment from being delivered at all costs. Lives are on your hands officer, good luck. Mission Rewards: 3,000$ + 10 Drugs of all kinds. Location Screenshots: Mission Files (If created the mission yourself): N/A Feel free to Change the rewards to what ever you like or change how the mission is triggered.

I have an idea that i would like to suggest as a side mission that you can get from peds (cops) that involve Killing some criminals who are unloading a boat full of drugs at LS docks. ( i will do the whole mission script later). When finished you will be rewarded with a small ammount of cash and also drugs.
Mission complete phrase: " you have sucsessfully completed the mission. And managed to get your hands on some drugs that can be useful for you.

Idea seems good. Just wanted to ask for how long is this van supposed to last, the whole day(24 hours) or just for a few hours?
I like what gus said, for limited time only. Make the script disable itself after 3 hours of activation maybe.

Suggestion: Adding a weekly event called : "The Black Market" Detailed explanation: The idea is simple, IGC Developers will create a script that get's activated once a week, this script is simple and easy: -A ped that spawns near LS/SF docks with a big van behind him and some body guards (2 peds with AKs), the main ped will be selling some illegal stuff like (Weapons, Drugs, Medkits, etc...) for a lowered price. Note: Buying from this ped will get you some WP if a cop is nearby so be careful. -This script is made as a weekly event because: - First of all, this may seem like an exploit where you get cheap items, well it's activated once a week so no harm done.
- People mostly go online at weekends so it will be good since players will be already in game with a good number.
- It will give some realism to the server since IRL there are some black market dealders.
- Cops will benefit from this because nearby players will get Wanted points so they will do their job.

Suggestion: Honorabled statues on forums should be changed to have more boxes and a different color.
Detailed explanation: Since the beginning, honorabled statues on a server is considered a verry hard thing to get and it requires years of dedication and work to earn it, some of our players have got it but what makes me annoyed is to see a good man that did good things to the server have a 1 square box with "Honorabled" tag under his account only. My suggestion is to add more boxes to the rank (5 Total boxes) and change it's color to another one (Maybe blue or green or something)

In this regard Adding Heavy Weapons back like RPGs and Miniguns is a good thing, it will give more Windows to play with arround the map.
But i have some additional Suggestions to this topic:
1- In LS: make it that you can only fire 1 rocket every 1 minute so you avoid any abuse or deathmatching arround the map.
2- Make it's price Verry expensive (arround 2.5M) so not all players can buy it and you will have to work and grind to get it.
3- Make it as a black market thing, don't sell it in the Ammu-Nation shops, make some arms dealer ped in docks area or somewhere els to buy it there.

Suggestion: Muted players won't get /msg access while punished. Detailed explanation: While testing punishements with Death, i told him to mute me, the strange thing i noticed is that muted players still have "/msg <playername>" command available to use, and based on my opinion, the first thing they will do is to start spamming messages to staff members and community members and annoying basicly everyone on the server. I think this should be removed so they won't cause any problems and they will learn a lesson so next time they won't break any rules again. Suggestion: Updating/ Changing the Informations board (F9) Detailed explanation: The idea is simple and easy, and also helpful, it's to update the Informations Panel (Known as F9) to have multible sections for different Languages where every language will have it's own informations translated, a good example is like Forums: F9 will be the main board (All the info there will be in english), then there are sections or what is known as Sub boards (For example: Arabic, french, chineese, russian, spanish, etc...). Every sub topic has a bunch of informations about the server rules, jobs, commands, etc... NOTE: The sections as i said can be on the top of the panel so it will be eaiser to see by players.
