Title: Updating Informations Board (F9)

Detailed explanation: The idea is simple and easy, and also helpful, it's to update the Informations Panel (Known as F9) to have multible sections for different Languages where every language will have it's own informations translated, a good example is like Forums: F9 will be the main board (All the info there will be in english), then there are sections or what is known as Sub boards (For example: Arabic, french, chineese, russian, spanish, etc...). Every sub topic has a bunch of informations about the server rules, jobs, commands, etc...

NOTE: The sections as i said can be on the top of the panel so it will be eaiser to see by players.

Rules are translated, what we need is translate jobs, commands and some other things.

There is already a translation team, only thing needed is to fix the script of translations and add the whole of F9 in it to be translated

I have to agree with this idea but please we should do it by our selfs, translate can't make it perfect, so people won't miss understanding because the translate.
