What rule have they broken: Random Deathmatch, attacking me with his bike (speaker) without reason, don't say "maybe cauz you was a cop an he tried to defend himself)" come on'! see his tab, he was civilian while he attacked me ;-;

I don't see why you report a 20 hours player instead of explaining him that what he's doing is bad, it shows how bad your faith is.
Report valid, the player got warned instead of punished.
