Suggestion summary:some criminals can mark cops as bounty.
Detailed explanation:some criminals can mark cop as bounty , i think don't give this premision to criminal who have less than LVL 50 in criminal, and when a cop is bounty and killed by somebody who killed him get 30k . so with this permission the criminals will love killing cops and they will wait to see who is the bounty.

Skins or shaders:the criminal boss who can use this permission ( who has LVL 50 or more than 50 in criminal he can get his skin for free when he is criminal(as police chief).
