I am just asking about if there is the command  "/vehupgrade nitro Hybrid/nfs/??!" ?

Nitro like in NFS I think we have it. About the vehupgrades, if I am not mistaken it's a work in progress. @LilDolla can answer that.

There is no such thing as a "/vehupgrades". If you wish to upgrade your vehicle, you must travel to the nearest Modification shop near you in-game.

So there is only one style of nitro ? :( , Before there was a 3 types of nitro and if you use the command you pay 15K and you get nitro in everycar you drive
