Suggestion:Sell houses for realistic prices.
Detailed explanation:when you come across a house for sale in blueberry or something, most of them are for $1,000,000+, which is more than retarded, adding a script which wouldn't let you sell your house for anything above 50% of it's value would be good, and realistic, for example a house on blueberry, that costs $50,000, you can't sell it for more than $75,000, i get it, it's a good place but don't you see that it's retarded a house in blueberry costing $10,000,000, not to mention that some people go inactive and put houses up for sale for imaginary prices, obviously no one is stupid enough to buy them, that way they don't lose their houses due to inactivity.

It's one of there ways to make sure you don't get a house in blueberry which I agree is completely retarded but on the same time I'll dm you an idea which can also help in this crisis.

Houses do not work the same as in default gta sa, a house in gta sa is more judged for it's interior and if it has a garage or not and how it looks etc... A house in igc is judged for it's place more than every thing that's why houses in BB or PC are more important than houses in vinewood

To sum up, we shouldn't make a limit for the value but maybe make it a sort of duty for staffs or something like that because based on what i said a house may have big value now but maybe an update will make it worth less

most people who sell houses at an extreme price, do so only to annoy other players or to make sure that when they become inactive, all those who want to buy a house where they've it will not be likely to do so, without However, it's not the fault of the scripts or the general management, it is for the players themselves
