Greetings.
You are now given the chance to present your proposals with the unique interest of contributing and not expecting benefits in exchange. Present ideas/suggestions in a rapid manner, indicating that just mention what you consider it should be added.
This would help us to move the topic into discussion and later add it to the server. Poll will be added for every interesting proposal.

Salary / Paychecks should be given to players once every 6 hours.
Minimum paycheck will be around $1,275 - $3,590
Regular paycheck will be around $3,591 - $7,900
Maximum paycheck will be around $7,901 - $75,000
The paychecks depends on the job level ( Either Police, Criminals or Civilians ) of the player.

In my opinion there should two idea to discuss:
- Rewarding the air support (police maverick) for assisting on scenes by paying money and experience points depending on how long he assisted (also on how long the pursuit was) in order to encourage some people to pilot the police maverick and prevent the suspects from escaping.Basically we should suggest that the police maverick got a bigger area scan ability than police vehicles like a 50% more, like that if the police officer crash or the suspect's vehicle is too fast we could have better chance for a high speed vehicle to assist if we still got the suspect marked which it will be thanks to the helicopter.The payment should be based oh how long you got the suspect in your radar so for example from 0 to 60 seconds will be 15%, 60 to 180 second 40% and starting from 180 seconds will be 65% from the suspect's arrest payment.We could suggest later features like run plate numbers and face identifying to find his ID while in the police maverick.
- (In-case the ID suggestion got accepted)Make it so when you pull over a suspect for speeding and issue him a ticket the citizen won't automatically pay the ticket however the officer will still receive money, the citizen will have to visit the police department and pay it manually by (there could be a marker where you can pay in it not just for the speeding ticket but also for the abandoned vehicle you want to release, suggested by Bocanegra).Having a maximum of two tickets the officer will be able to arrest the citizen after running his ID and checking it,both tickets will be paid automatically.This will encourage people to role play and run IDs rather than just being for role play without any benefits
- Ability to respond to the dispatcher calls and able to know how many and who are responding as well.So,as we know in the police side we got a dispatcher which reports crimes across the state,the idea is besides using codes we could have a similar script to LSPDFR that allows us to report on-duty/off-duty and respond to calls including ability to report it's over and know who is responding to the call that I am responding as well, a script would help us be more organized if you are a slow typer.

Since I am the one who suggested salaries, I'll give my idea:
It should be given according to amount of arrests you had. 10k is normal (0 arrests) and every arrest gives you 500$ more so if you had 50 arrests that day, you'll get 25k+10K which is 30.000$.

If it's about arrests, that gonna be easy. Arresting 1 star is not the same as (w/e) star. + Exploiters will do their job.

I do not know why is everyone mentioning exploiters when it comes to suggestions. Staff exist for a reason, if the system is good, exploiters can be spotted easily and as far as I see this community is not like CIT, full of people seeking unfair advantage.
If you have a better idea, shoot.

I still don't get this suggestion, you don't know how much you will earn ingame and your already asking for more.. If you think that you won't earn enough then this job doesn't fit to you. I had in a few weeks more then 10 million on the old server wich was alot.

I do not prefer anything but the classic payment system. As I said, payment on any arrest in general, is bad, non-violent criminals are not the same as most wanted criminals.

Doesn't this sound a little bit unfair... What do Criminals and Civilian get, they have to work for their money just like cops should do by arresting a wanted criminal for example...

He is right , arresting gives you a lot of money , especially when there is many criminals ingame , so no need for bonus .

Guys, don't make the server's economy fucked up, the server didn't open yet and you're already planning to fuck the economy up. Please, don't do it. Arresting criminals will already give you a good ammount of money

Daily payments seem to be the preferred feature yet there is still no suggestions we all can remain agreed.
Thus, will be set as invalid if nobody comes up with a system for this payments.

I Don't think Daily Payment is a good thing ! better to keep it normal , work=arrest=get money from the crims you arrested

Most of us know that the dispatcher reports crime activities around the state like robberies and heists or even when a cop gets killed,therefore I thought that we could have ability to report on-duty/off-duty/responding to a scene or call/requesting baxk-up or reporting call over.It will be like this:- Ability to enable or disable receiving calls.
- Ability to respond to calls/reports with a notification that reports everytime someone reports to my call and a command to know the full list of people responded on the same call.
- Ability to call a back up using a command,can call for ground back up, air support, or a medic.
- Ability to end a call (situation is over) or cancel a call(cancel back up or responding).
- adding a panel with those features
