Basically it's part of IGC Administration. It's a group that is focused on helping server groups developing, somehow, their gameplay and fun of playing here.
Even if you don't have the exp required to obtain a certain group perk, like a base, group job, skins, group vehicles, interiors, etc you still have the chance to have them.
Faction team exists to help the smaller groups.
Your group is low on players but you think it's fair to have any group perk?
Apply here then. You may have a chance. Don't be afraid of creating your group.
I'll create an application form and let you all know which perks you can have and how to obtain them.
I'll keep updating this board and announce in game when something new comes up.
