Well, I noticed that there's no any GUI about forums theme so I decided to make one which will explain how to change the current forum theme
• Firstly, you have to go to your profile and click on Look and layout
• Secondly, you have to search for "Current Theme" and click on "Change"
• Thirdly, Preview any theme to view how it looks like and click on "Use this theme" if you liked it
You will only be able to use these current forum themes, You could also suggest adding a new forum theme but it won't be the default one
