What was the issued punishment (ban/mute/jail) & written reason:ban the reason i dont know
How long is the punishment:maybe 10days
Why do you think you were unfairly punished: because i always follow the rules
Explain what happened: 1 day i was playing the other day i got banned

You were banned by @Phoenix for advertising another server.
Your ban was set to never expire.

EDIT:
This ban appeal has also been denied by myself as it is way too early to apply for a ban appeal for advertising a server. Try again after a month at least.
