Suggestion: Guns, armor, drugs and money transportation
Detailed explanation:Simple. From time to time all the cops in game would receive a message saying that LSPD has some important cargo to be delivered to other PD. LV PD or SF PD. The amount of bullets, money, drugs and armor would be good, so, players can actually play this event.
1- The cop would go to LSPD, a marker would be there and a GUI appears, asking if you want to accept the mission.
2- He can go solo, (too risky) or call other cops to help him defending his transportation.
3- When the cop starts driving the vehicle, criminals will receive a message saying something like, "A high value cargo is being transported, go and grab everything you can". A marker would appear for criminals, so, they know where the cop is.
4- Depending in the amount of cops if the cargo gets delivered sucessfully, they will receive, armor, bullets, money (a good amount) and a few drugs aswell. Of course if there is only one cop doing the mission, he will receive less drops. If we have like 4 or 5 cops the amount of stuff will get multiplied, accordingly.
5- Same goes for criminals, if they manage to kill all the cops and destroy the vehicle, ammo, armor, guns, drugs and money will be dropped on the ground and they can catch it, or even easier, they will get it automatically.
Vehicle used: Enforcer (its HP should be increased by 30% or 40% or the truck will get destroyed in no time.
Location of update ( location on map ): The mission should be taken from LSPD. The objective to deliver the cargo, can be around the map, SFPD, LVPD, Fort Carson PD, Angel Pine PD, etc
Cops can use their imagination to protect the Enforcer. Go with two cars in front, two cars in back, a seasparrow, etc

Is there payment for this update? If so place the payout here: It depends on the amount of players involved. I'd say 20.000 per cop. Keep in mind this is a mission from time to time, to make it unique. Like a mission per hour or from two in two hours.

the idea is not bad, but a cop can do anything else to get the same items and a higher cash value in less time

Added with some changes. Rewards will be cash, employment exp and group exp. All cops who helped deliver the cargo to LVPD will get those rewards, including the driver.
Criminals can try to stop the cargo but they won't get any rewards.
