I hate to say this but he's somehow right. Jayyxx is inactive ( even marked as inactive in staffs Roster) and I've no idea where's him. There are criminal applications that has no replies and were posted 12 days ago.

You gotta add someone more as criminal head. But don't this stupid guy who, instead of talking the things asks the removal of 2 guys that have been worked for this community. Instead add someone like @Bocanegra that really deserves it. Founder of a criminal group, staff, PT boi, etc....
