How do I fix my profile picture in forum?

Guys, please tell me how do I fix my profile picture? As you can see it's height is too long.

@Adeeb what did my signature do u, u've been talking about from yesterday XDDDD. and i mean my profile pic and my signature

You can not change height and width in prof pics.

Just change height and width using photoshop.
