Name of player you're complaining against:TwiSTeD|BO$ and ArTeX|BO$
I was like a cop to kill TwiSTeD | BO $ and ArTeX | BO $ and found them near a hospital, when I used RPGs on them, they ran to the hospital and camped, after a while they caught hp through a food machine on the hospital side and attacked me (doing this same process over and over) , and when I reinstalled HP, they said I was abusing in the same way they did and talked about an RPG BUG (I still don't know what this bug is, at least). since it skips the wait time)
NOTE: I've cooldown in my SS
