Suggestion: Its about increasing Civilian jobs payment well i tried every civlian job and now i see that every single one is bad at payment
Detailed explanation: as a an example "[19:20:17] You have arrived at the station! +$134 -|- +273 XP" this is a payment for a lvl 5 Train Driver on the Tram ?, so i see the reason that it should be increased you can try tram by youre self or any other job for civilian.

This is some new info i wanted to add to the suggestion
well it looks like i tested Cop and criminal too they both seem bad in payment but actually Cop job is the lowest one between cop and criminal so i suggest increasing them too!

The Current civ payment is a shit ! You work hard but u dont get much money. So this system need to be fixed. upvoted

Upvote, not only civilian jobs payment should be increased but also there are tasks payment should be increased aswell for example.
1-police job
2-criminal job
3-PC job "APB"
4-CB job "hits"

I support the idea of Devil, I am old in the server, I try all the jobs and in all they pay less than 1k, therefore I vote to improve the salary of the work. And something that I have to say, I have a very high level in the train drive job, and I only earn $ 100, please improve the salary of the jobs.

not only civilian payments, criminals payments really should increase.

Well i am going to add one more thing for the suggestion is to increase all kind of jobs payment civlian, cop, criminal but i don't suggest to increase Hits and apb
and criminal boss mark payment
